Getting Started

Up and running in 4 steps

Your school administrator must have a Yarpy SaaS account and have added you as a staff or teacher member before you can log in.

Download the App
Install Yarpy Staff from the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) — search for "Yarpy Staff" or "Iman Saas Teacher".

Enter School Code
On the login screen, enter the School Code provided by your school administrator (e.g. SCH20262). This connects you to your school's database.

Sign In
Enter your registered email address and password. If you haven't received login credentials, contact your school's system administrator.

You're Ready!
Access your timetable, mark attendance, manage assignments, apply for leave, view payroll, and more — all from your pocket.

Frequently Asked Questions

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your registered email address along with your school code. You will receive a password reset email. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact your school administrator to reset it from the admin panel.
Where do I find my School Code?
Your School Code is assigned by your school's system administrator when the school is registered on the Yarpy platform. It typically looks like SCH20262. Contact your school admin if you haven't received it.
I'm getting "Invalid Login Credentials". What should I do?
Please check the following:
  • Make sure you have entered the correct school code
  • Double-check your email address for typos
  • Your password is case-sensitive — ensure Caps Lock is off
  • Contact your school administrator to confirm your account is active and not suspended
My account is blocked or suspended. What do I do?
Account suspension is managed by your school's administrator. Please contact them directly to have your account reactivated. Yarpy Support cannot reactivate school-level accounts on your behalf.
How do I mark student attendance?
Go to Academics → Attendance from the home screen. Select your class and section, then mark each student as Present or Absent. Tap Submit to save. You can also finalize attendance once it is complete for the day.
Can I edit attendance after submitting?
Once attendance is finalized, it cannot be edited from the app. Contact your school administrator to make corrections from the admin panel if needed.
Where can I view my teaching timetable?
Your timetable is visible on the Home screen as a daily snapshot, and the full weekly view is accessible via My Timetable in the navigation menu. If your timetable appears empty, your school administrator may not have assigned you to a class section yet.
How do I apply for leave?
Go to Leave Management → Apply Leave. Select the date range, enter a reason, optionally attach supporting documents, and tap Submit. Your school administrator will review and approve or reject the request.
Where can I view or download my payslip?
Navigate to Payroll → My Payroll from the menu. Select the month and year, then tap Download Slip to save a PDF copy of your salary slip.
The app is not loading or shows a blank screen. What should I try?
Try the following steps:
  • Check your internet connection
  • Force-close the app and reopen it
  • Clear the app cache from your device settings
  • Update the app to the latest version from the App Store or Play Store
  • If the issue persists, contact support with your device model and OS version
I'm not receiving push notifications. How do I fix this?
Ensure that:
  • Notifications are enabled for the Yarpy Staff app in your device Settings → Notifications
  • You are logged in — notifications require an active session
  • Your school admin has configured Firebase (FCM) push notifications on the server side
What iOS and Android versions are supported?
The app supports iOS 13.0 and above and Android 8.0 (Oreo) and above. For the best experience, we recommend keeping your device's operating system up to date.
