The Yarpy Staff application (also known as "Iman Saas Teacher") is a school management companion app designed for teachers and staff. This app is part of the Yarpy SaaS School Management Platform and is operated by Yarpy Technology.

By using the Yarpy Staff app, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, please do not use the app.

When you use the Yarpy Staff app, we may collect and process the following categories of personal data:

• App Functionality — to provide the core features of the Yarpy Staff app, including login, attendance, timetable, assignments, payroll, and leave management

• Push Notifications — to send you important updates, announcements, and reminders via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)
• Support — to respond to your support requests and troubleshoot issues
• Improvement — to improve app performance, fix bugs, and enhance user experience

We do not use your data for cross-app tracking, advertising, or marketing purposes.

4. Data Linked to Your Identity

The following data is linked to your identity (i.e., associated with your user account):

• Profile photo
• User ID and authentication tokens
• Attendance, leave, payroll, and assignment records

Tracking: We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. Your data is used solely within the Yarpy platform for app functionality purposes.

Your data is stored on secure servers managed by your school's administrator as part of the Yarpy SaaS platform. Each school operates its own isolated database, ensuring that your data is separated from other institutions.

We implement the following security measures:

• Encrypted data transmission using HTTPS/TLS
• Secure password hashing (bcrypt)
• Session-based authentication with token management
• Database isolation per school (multi-tenant architecture)
• Regular security updates and monitoring

6. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third parties. Your data may be shared only in the following circumstances:

• School Administrator — Your school's admin has access to staff data as part of school management operations
• Firebase (Google) — We use Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications. Firebase may collect device identifiers for delivery purposes. See Firebase Privacy Policy
• Legal Compliance — We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or governmental regulation

7. Data Retention

Your personal data is retained for as long as your account remains active within your school's system. When your account is deactivated or deleted by the school administrator:

• Your personal profile data will be removed or anonymized
• Historical records (attendance, payroll) may be retained by the school for regulatory compliance
• You may request data deletion by contacting your school administrator or our support team

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:
